Hayan
Charlston is a woodwind
specialist (oboe/English horn, sop/alto/tenor/baritone saxophones,
flute/piccolo/alto flute, clarinet/ bass clarinet, voice, EWI),
performer, song writer, and an educator.
Holding a B.M.
degree in oboe and saxophone performance, and working on M.M.
performance, she professionally performs, records, instructs, and
writes music. Because of her versatility, she performed in
various different musical settings and groups playing all different
styles of music such as symphony orchestras, wind symphonies, jazz
ensembles, salsa bands, RnB groups, Top-40 groups, cover bands, rock
bands, studios, wind symphonies, jazz combos, woodwind quintets, trios,
saxophone quartets, chamber music groups, collaboration with DJs,
benefit concerts, fashion shows, clubs, weddings, funerals, promotional
events, parties, independent films, etc.
Hayan
has performed countless musical shows in different venues and theatres
all over southern CA. She has also worked on recording
sessions,
projects and shows and with many groups besides her own projects.
She can be seen in some shows and independent films like CSI
Miami, ER, What About Brian, Without a Trace, United States of Tara,
and Sweet 16. She has also modeled for Yamaha musical
instruments. HC
is currently
working on many different projects including song writing, one-man band
project, recording, collaborating with other creative artists while
performing various shows/services.

As a versatile clarinetist, Maryanne
Lacaille
has served as an educator, clinician and soloist throughout the U.S.A.,
Europe, South Africa, South America and Asia. She received her Bachelor
in Clarinet Performance from Boston Conservatory of Music and her
Masters (began at University of Massachussets at Amherst and finished
at Central Washington University) graduating with honors.
She is a Buffet Clarinet Clinician and is a Rico Reed Artist.
In the Pacific Northwest, Maryanne
presents clinics, master classes and coaches clarinet choirs throughout
the Seattle, Mukilteo, Chehalis and Yelm School Districts as she works
in conjunction with Buffet-Related Music Dealers to promote high
standards of musicianship in the Public School System through education
involvement, exposure and publicity. This foundation focuses
on
building up trust and respect from students, teachers and educators
which in turn will benefit both parties for many years in the future.
She
has participated in Master Classes in Russia, Poland, Germany and the
U.S. and has performed in Belgium at the SMAK Museum, Bijloke Concert
Hall and K. Kiry Hall (Conservatory of Ghent).
Maryanne
has performed with many Broadway Shows and Tours including Phantom and
West Side Story in Europe. "on" and "off" Broadway Shows are as
follows: West Side Story at LaScala Opera House in Milan Italy, Annie
Get Your Gun, Thoroughly Modern Millie, A Chorus Line, Pajama Game,
(Dreamcoat, Cats, Phantom - this tour featured the music of Andrew
Lloyd Webber in a worldwide tour which started at Beijing's Great Hall
of the People) Damn Yankees, Showboat, Oliver!, How To Succeed, Mame,
Hello Dolly and Gypsy.
Maryanne
is currently principal clarinet with Seattle Philharmonic Orchestra and
plays for several orchestras in the past including Lake Union Symphony,
Mahler Festival Orchestra, Everett Symphony and has recently beeen
accepted to tour with Shen Yun Divine Performing Arts. You will find Maryanne Lacaille's
